Hi Beautybots,
It has been a while since I wrote a post! I (Baby Bird) am going to compare Books to Ebooks with Summer coming to a end we have had lots of time to test both of these, with me loving books I am thinking about doing my top 10 books so let me know if you would like to read something like that! Anyway I am going to compare the pro's and con's of both. We hope you don't mind the fact that this isn't a beauty post but I just thought this would be a nice post to write.
Books:
We absolutely love books we love the smell the fact that you can turn a page we love the thickness and the fact that we can cuddle up in my bed at night with a mug of water and book and completely block out the outside world! The worst thing about a book is that they are quite more expensive than Ebooks because of the actual paper and the colour of the front page. That is probably the best thing about a book the front cover how they are all different and they are so bright and they really give a strong message about what the book is about although "don't judge a book by it's cover". The book that I am reading at the moment is A Message For The King and is a translate book but it is really good and is not my type of book as I am really a kind of romantic reader and like all the sobby stuff but this is the complete opposite and is action-packed.The Book Sister Bird is reading at the minute is called the Yorkshire Shepherdess.
E-books:
Ebooks are absolutely brilliant for taking on holiday because if you are like me and when you go on holiday you come back with a square on your face from where you've read your book whilst sunbathing then you know that books are quite heavy and large and you can't fit many in your bags so you always run out of reading material and end up searching round in the shops for a book then Ebooks are brilliant because it holds millions of books and weighs less than one book! The only downside for us is that 1 you can't turn the pages which we don't like because we like the feeling of turning a page (maybe that's just us) 2 it doesn't show colours of front pages so you can't see how pretty they are (or at least you can't on the orginal kindle which is what I have) 3 you can't physically see how far you are from the end over than the bar that says 30% etc..... The last book I read on my Ebook was Fangirl which is a girl who writes fanfiction online and goes to university and has to be broken up from her sister but ends up falling in love with her room mates boyfriend on accident.

Keep Reading (literally)
Hey Beautybots,
So as you may have noticed all our previous posts have been deleted. We thought we would need a new start to revamp the blog.
Sometimes in your life you hit a bump in the road and that's how we think the blog just stopped. Throughout the last year we haven't been doing to well post wise - we had lost all consistancy we have ever had. If you are a long time reader then you will know our first posts well they just lacked anything that is remotely professional however we consistantly posted........
Lacking this one thing has mean't that we have been having some trouble keeping everything in tact and especially keeping everything running. Because of all this we have decided the best thing to do would be to delete all the posts and start again!
Why not just delete the blog and start a new one?
The problem with that would be that we have worked so hard to get the followers and the views that we have got and also having this blog for 1 year and a half now has left it some sentimental value and we don't want to lose that!
How will this Change the way we Run the Blog?
Well, we need to have a meeting and plan everything that is going to happen however in the meantime just to explain all the main changes.
- There may be a change in web address as we never really wanted ourworldersbeauty.blogspot.co.uk to be the title however if that does happen we will give you notice so you can get ready for the change stating the new web adress for our regulars to find. This could also influence new people to find the blog!
- Different Themed Days for example at the minute we are thinking of Photography Friday?, NOTW?, What I Like Wednesday? - What do you think of these?
- Also Get the Looks, Theme Week & Snaps will all be re-discussed to see if doing them has at all benefited you viewers and also the way our blog is heading!
- Un-Beauty related posts will be more frequent as we want to spread the leaves of our blogger tree to more subjects however we are not sure what this includes just yet. Any suggestions for any of these points will be appreciated!
Introducing Us!
Now when we had all of our posts still intact we didn't properly introduce ourselves just with little bits and bobs here and there however this time we want to do it properly!
As you may or may not know three girls from the UK run this blog. We are still in school and are learning as we teach you. Our Names are Amie, Beth and Alice. Here is a bit about ourselves.
Amie - Hey Guys, I'm Amie however on this blog you will see the name Sister Bird! I am the youngest of the birds as my birthday is in the summertime! A lot of people spell Amie, Amy or Aimee however it is still pronounced the same! I am a huge you tube fan and a dedicated simmer as I recently got the Sims 3 for my birthday! In case you were wondering the expansion packs I have so far are the base game, Pets and Seasons and I hope to get generations soon! Which do you recommend? Obviously I love Make-Up and Beauty however I am also a huge bookworm but more importantly the Biggest Harry Potter Fan! I went to the Studio Tour and it was great. Anyway I hope you like the change and have appreciated us making this change as it was all for what we thought was best for you!
Beth - Hey Beautybots, as it says to the left i'm Beth however i will be known as Mummy Bird on this blog. I am in fact the oldest of us three birds which makes sense being called Mummy Bird. A little bit about me as that i love to perform although dancing is my favourite by quite a bit in terms of performing. I am very dedicated to my dancing the other Birds will agree with me on this i'm sure! Being a part of my local Operatic society has been a part of my life for quite a few years now and recently the other two birds have joined which has made it even better. Apart from this i am also like the other Birds a massive YouTube fan and not forgetting Make-Up and Fashion is something i absolutely love! I have always aspired for the future to perform all around the world doing what i love, which is Dance!
Alice - Hey, I'm Alice and I will be known as Baby Bird - I am not the youngest but by quite a bit the smallest. I am a mixer and dedicated to Little Mix from the start. I also like to dance and act like Mummy Bird however unlike Mummy Bird I want to take a different career path.
